When you fill in our form. Your name, work email, company website, what you sell and your target countries. We use them to prepare your free 5-target test, to reply to you and, if you want, to discuss working together. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
When we contact you first. We keep our own research database of companies in the solar and energy storage industry and of the business contacts who work there, built from public sources (company websites, LinkedIn, business registers and trade press): your name, job title, work email, company and public news about your company. We use it to offer you our services by email or LinkedIn and to plan campaigns for our clients. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in offering relevant B2B services to companies (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We only email company addresses in countries where this is allowed, every email lets you opt out, and we stop as soon as you ask.
When we write to you for a client. When we contact you in a client’s name, the client decides what is offered and is responsible for the message, and your replies to that campaign belong to the client. We do not use those replies for our own marketing.
Only with the services we need to run the business: our website host (Hostinger), our email provider (Google Workspace) and, for outreach campaigns, our email-sending and data-verification tools. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. When they do, transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. We never sell your data.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use or to receive a copy. You can object at any time to the use of your data for direct marketing, and we will stop. Write to andy@curlysales.ai. We reply within one month.
If you think we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, vdai.lrv.lt) or to the data protection authority where you live or work.
